The hotel is newly decorated and has reasonably large rooms for us and our grown children. The service was generally friendly. Convenient parking outside the hotel. They allowed early check-in. Easy access to Midway International airport, just 16 miles away.

The central location here was fantastic, only about 16 miles from the airport; our room even had a heating system and carpet.

The staff was welcoming. They offered wake-up service and ironing free of charge. The accommodation was set in a central location, really close to great restaurants, shopping outlets, malls, and Brookfield Zoo. Graue Mills and Museum was only 3 miles away.

The hotel has a perfect location right next to restaurants, a gas station, shopping malls, the suburbs, the city. The room was brand-new and fully-equipped, with a sofa bed. The original-style building added to the charm. The staff was helpful, excellent, and responded promptly to requests.

The room I booked came with a balcony, and the added amenities like the spa bathtub, dryer, and bath sheets were a nice surprise.
